With the Appeal Court ruling today Monday 8th February in Abuja reinstating Chris Adabah Abbah as the duly elected representative for Ado / Okpokwu/ Ogbadibo, a weapon of mass political rejuvenation of the PDP in the federal constituency has been introduced into the forthcoming senatorial election in Benue south.
The judgement is a victory for the rule of law and the rights of the people to determine who represents them.Its a no victor no vanquish duel.We therefore implore his opponent in this conundrum to embrace peace and bury the hatchet.
We congratulate both of them for using the judiciary rather than resorting to self-help or violence in this unfortunate political battle between two brothers.
Once more , it is a victory for our federal constituency and supporters of both gladiators should eschew all forms of utterances that will overeat the polity.
